VÓRTICE provides by itself, or by entities designated for this purpose, technical assistance to all equipment supplied.
Whenever an instrument is sent for technical intervention at our facilities, it will necessarily be subject to a previous diagnostic action. Instrumentation out of warranty is subject to a diagnostic fee, the value of which is informed upon receipt by the Technical and Quality Department and which will only be charged if the customer chooses not to proceed with the repair.
In a situation where equipment out of warranty requires technical intervention at the factory, the Technical and Quality Department informs the customer of the logistics costs associated with shipping and return, as well as any diagnostic fees that are charged by the manufacturer, requesting authorization for the respective shipment. If the customer agrees to send it to the factory, these values will always be charged to the customer even if he chooses not to proceed with the repair.
We warn that the diagnosis of malfunctions is conditioned by the complexity of the equipment and the respective malfunction. An equipment can have one or more damaged components, so that only after its replacement is it possible to diagnose possible faults that exist in others.
An intervention carried out at the customer’s premises is limited by the technical means and the availability of parts on site, as well as the duration of this action, so in the event of anomalies of greater complexity it may be necessary to send the equipment for diagnosis and / or repair later in our facilities, or a new trip to the client’s premises, with possible additional costs.
The diagnosis and subsequent prior estimate of a repair applies only and explicitly to the services and materials referred to therein.
